1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using IQ Master (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all usage.

2. Psychometric Disclaimer & Educational Purpose

Entertainment & Training Use Only: The assessments, estimated IQ scores, percentile metrics, cognitive endurance reports, and mini-game results provided by IQ Master are designed strictly for educational, cognitive training, and entertainment purposes.

Not a Clinical Evaluation: The metrics provided by IQ Master do not constitute a formal medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological diagnosis (such as a supervised WAIS or Stanford-Binet evaluation). You should not rely on the App for clinical or medical decision-making.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Limited License: ARI Software Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial use only.

Proprietary Content: All logos, graphics, icons, visual design assets, source code, question datasets, mathematical scoring models, and mini-games in IQ Master are the exclusive intellectual property of ARI Software Lab and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Restrictions: You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or included content.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings.

4. User Accounts & Leaderboards

Guest & Local Usage: You may use the App as a guest with locally stored progress on your device.

Global Leaderboard Conduct: If you participate in Global Leaderboards or AI Speed Duels:

You must not use automated bots, scripts, memory modifiers, or exploits to manipulate scores.

Display names used on public leaderboards must not contain offensive, profane, or inappropriate language.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to remove unauthorized leaderboard entries or ban user accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services & Ads

Third-Party Features: The App may integrate third-party services, including Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google AdMob. Your interaction with third-party components is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Advertisements: We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party advertisers or external websites linked through advertisements displayed in the App.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: IQ Master is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARI Software Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated Terms inside the App or on our official website. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
